Raquel Britton

I am a 23-year-old living in Mendocino County, and am a registered Yuki member from the Round Valley Indian Tribes in Northern California. My hobbies include, traditional dancing, singing, beading, basket making and dress making. I also am a part of my local youth group here where I help volunteer around the community. I have a strong passion for traditional culture and animals.

The moon is showing life, as loved ones appear in the stars glowing brightly to remind us they never truly gone. For those we have lost as we cry out for them, A story is told for those who have passed. A butterfly appears to show us their love even if they are gone physically. Coming to tell us goodbye as we cry together, kissing a butterfly that appears at night glowing as brightly as the moon with the Northern Lights dancing.The glowing red handprint helps them wish them goodbye and see them again when it is their time.
