I am a student enrolled in the Art program at Miccosukee Indian School.

To come home means to feel safe and comfortable. Community is a physical place and the people we share it with. The airboat relates to my community and culture because it takes us to where we need to go and to places we thought were lost. The airboat also brings my community closer to saving the Everglades. My community also uses the airboat to travel and hold wildlife and water equipment.
