As a college student, Keith Martinez chaired the Youth Advisory Board of Lakota Children’s Enrichment, Inc. (LCE), an organization dedicated to fighting against poverty and increasing educational resources on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.
Keith was named a South Dakota Youth Ambassador for Youth Service America. Through his ambassadorship, Keith raised awareness about LCE’s efforts and positively impacted hundreds of young people through organizing and leading youth summits, fundraising events, toy drives and writing/art competitions.
Keith is a graduate of Villanova University who currently works at the National Indian Gaming Commission as a Truman-Albright Fellow. He is a passion-driven individual who encourages his peers to obtain an education, mentor younger generations, and get involved to make a positive difference in their communities.
